VDR Holder Reward Tiers

Since launching in October 2021, $VDR just had its third birthday. This not only marks three years or progress towards our mission, but also three years of dedicated support from the Vodra Community.

We’ve managed (or have been fortunate enough) to acquire a dedicated community of token holders that we are very grateful for. With that said, we want to make sure they are rewarded accordingly for their loyalty and support over the years.

Reward Tiers

To accomplish this, we have devised a tier system in-which holders of various sizes will be given special privileges before and after our upcoming SPL token launch.

We figured that the most fair way to structure this would be based on the amount of $VDR and also the time that it was acquired:

Vodra OG: Any amount of $VDR acquired in 2021 (on or before 31/12/2021)
Bronze: 150,000+ $VDR
Silver: 500,000+ $VDR
Gold: 1,000,000+ $VDR

Reward Details

Some rewards are available immediately while others are a work in progress. We will also be adding and modifying rewards at each tier to make sure holders are adequately rewarded as Vodra progresses.

Airdrop Access: This reward guarantees a spot in our upcoming airdrops. The multiplier indicates a bonus amount. For example: We hold a 10,000 $VDR airdrop, Gold holders will receive a guaranteed airdrop of 50,000.

Community Badge: A badge in the official Vodra Telegram and Discord channels. Including access to chat-specific perks.

$VDR Early News Access (DAO Pilot): A private channel for holders to discuss and see some of the latest Vodra updates before they are announced. These include development vlogs, polls, and will be the first testing ground for a DAO structure.

Event Access: We are planning to host and sponsor a variety of online and in-person events such as advertising & Web3 conventions. Access will include complementary passes to these events.

SPL Launchpad Allocation: This offers a guaranteed allocation in the $VDR 2.0 token launch sale. This is a raffle for everyone else, but holders with an allocation will be entitled to participate. This includes a discounted flat rate for the $VDR re-launch price.

Monthly Ad Credit: This includes free ad credits on the Vodra Ads Platform. Each month Gold holders will be able to run a campaign of their choosing. This is specifically relevant to our larger brand and community holders who intend to use the network for their own promotions.

Web3 Airdrops on the Vodra Ads Network

Another advantage of the Vodra Ads Network is that we do not have a ban on crypto/web3 advertising (Unlike AdSense & Amazon Ads). This means, we have the ability to collect and distribute cryptocurrencies as payments.

For example, if a crypto project wants to promote their product, we will collect a portion of their tokens as a mandatory payment for using our network. These tokens will then be distributed to our $VDR holders through an airdrop. This means that there will not only be $VDR rewards to holders, but a number of other tokens that use our network.

Airdrop Access applies for these tokens as well, also with the multiplier.

$VDR Early News Access (DAO Pilot)

We will be working on implementation of a DAO style governance system where holders can vote on certain changes within the $VDR ecosystem. Our goal is to roll this out alongside the expansion of the Vodra Platform. Here are some of the areas that we think the DAO would be suitable to govern:

Content Crowdfunding: Allowing holders to allocate a certain amount of cash that could be put towards crowdfunding new content. The aim here is to empower top creators on the Vodra Platform to create more ambitious productions that will in-turn draw more viewers and expand our Vodra Ads offering.

Holder Rewards: Giving holders the ability to vote on new holder rewards and reward tiers. This would give the community more say over how reward tokens are allocated including the time, amount, and qualifications.

Community Polls: Participation in general community polls that have to do with other aspects of the platform. These may include marketing initiatives, partnerships, expansion/addition of certain features, and more.

Claiming Process

We will be taking a snapshot of holders and their wallet amounts at an undetermined time before the new SPL token launch. Holders will then have to claim their status through a form which includes basic anonymous info such as their token amounts, wallet address, other exchange accounts, and optional Telegram/Discord handles.

The rewards are only valid if a holder maintains there holder status on an ongoing basis. For example: once a holder has less than 500,000 $VDR, they are no longer in Silver tier and will be sent to Bronze.

Vodra OG’s will have their status grandfathered regardless of the amount they continue to hold, as long as they have at least 1 $VDR still.
